Jim Frayne FCA Jim was appointed to the position of Chairman of the Black & White Cabs Board in July 2008. He is a retired partner of PKF Brisbane, where he was chairman for 15 years. He has over 40 years experience as an accountant and adviser to business in Queensland. He is currently Chairman of Brothers Rugby Club, a member of Catholic Archdiocesan Audit and Risk Management Committee and a member of a number of compliance committees for management investment funds. Jim is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (FCA) and a Graduate Associate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Paul Melville Board member since June 1996. Paul sold his interest in Melville McGregor Solicitors in 2001 to commence a career in Development and Management of Retirement Communities in South East Queensland. Paul is a Joint Managing Director of Halcyon Management Pty Ltd which creates and manages Retirement Communities.
Ross Melville M. Pub Admin, B. Admin, DIP Rec. Board member since February 1997. Ross is an experienced administrator and holds office holder positions with various business, sporting and charitable organisations. Currently Ross's positions include: Chairman Pepkin Investments Pty Ltd, Chairman Southside Unit Trust, President Southside Sport & Community Club, Director Australian YMCA Superannuation Fund, Chief Executive Officer of YMCA of Brisbane and Chief Executive Officer of Y-Care (South East Queensland) Inc.
Greg Webb FAICD, FAIM, MCIT Managing Director & Shareholder of the Black & White Cabs Group since June 1996. Experienced business administrator with extensive knowledge in financial analysis. Associated with the taxi industry since 1982, a taxi licence owner and a director & shareholder of Delta Taxi Management Pty Ltd and Black & White Taxi Management Pty Ltd (two large Brisbane taxi fleet operators). Awarded Transport Achiever of the Year for 2003 by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. Chairman of Taxi Industry (Australia) Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd and Board member of ABC Bodyworks Pty Ltd. Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and a Licensed Motor Dealer.
