We ask that you please ensure children are ready on time, and that all bags and personal possessions are placed in the boot.

Please note that if there are any changes to a child's transport arrangement e.g. change of address or change of days/times you must contact the child's school. Black & White Cabs or its drivers are not authorised to change or approve these details.

The school will arrange for the appropriate paperwork to be completed. All forms go through the relevant District Office and on to Queensland Transport before we received them, with a turn around of up to seven days. To get forms processed as quickly as possible please ensure you contact the school as soon as you are aware of any changes.

My child is not going to school	Contact Black & White Cabs on 3860 1833. You can call any time as the communications centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Outside of office hours you will be speaking with a Shift Manager who will pass on the details to the School Transport Department via email.
We have changed our address	Contact your child's school. They will need to complete the paperwork to have the new pick up address approved. It is also important that you contact Black & White Cabs on 3860 1833 so we can cancel the pick up from the old address. Please be aware that we can only transport to and from the approved address.

My child's taxi has not arrived on time	Contact Black & White Cabs on 3860 1833. We have a satellite tracking system to locate vehicles and we can call the driver via two-way radio or on their mobile phone.
Can I travel with my child?	Only if this is approved by Queensland Transport. The application has an option for an escort under certain conditions. You should discuss this with your child's school.
Does my child's driver have a blue card?	Drivers are not required to have a blue card. When they apply for their Drivers Authorisation through Queensland Transport (which authorises them to drive a taxi) they are subject to a criminal history check which includes offences in relation to children.
