We encourage Teachers and Administrators to call us if there are any questions or concerns. The School Transport team is here to work through any issues and to find resolution together with the staff and parents involved. Our School Transport Liaison Officer is available to visit the school on Wednesdays and Thursdays during school terms. |

| A parent has called to advise a child is not going to school | Contact the Black & White Cabs School Transport team on 3860 1833, or have the parent or carer contact us. |
| A child has moved or changed school days or times | Please advise our School Transport team 3860 1833. You will need to complete a form with the updated details and forward it to your District Office. Please note that there is a turnaround of up to 7 days and we are unable to change information until the paperwork is received. |
| A child no longer requires transport | Please advise our School Transport team 3860 1833. You will need to complete a cancellation form and forward it to your District Office. |
| The taxi has not arrived on time | Contact Black & White Cabs on 3860 1833. We have a satellite tracking system to locate vehicles and we can call the driver via two-way radio or on their mobile phone. |
| I have a concern about a child's transport arrangements | Contact Black & White Cabs School Transport team on 3860 1833. |
