Just complete a pre-paid Account Application form below. Our Accounts Department will issue monthly invoices and notify you before topping up your account balance.

To ensure your child knows to look out for us at the required pick-up point, we ask that bookings are placed by 8:30 am on the day of transport. You can also pre-book in advance and select a permanent pick-up location.

Yes, however it may mean that your child’s booking will be an on-demand taxi booking whereby your account will be charged the metered fare should your child miss the collective runs. We will still endeavour to have them allocated within the school run program. Black & White Cabs can be booked 24/7, we are always here!
Our team will send you an email booking confirmation and you will also recieve a SMS with your trip tracking details prior to the booking time. If you don’t recieve the confirmation within a timely manner, we ask that you contact our team to ensure you reieve a booking confirmation.details.
Yes, Black & White Cabs will SMS your nominated mobile number with a tracking link which will be available to follow your child’s journey to the requested destination.
Templates can be set-up within our dispatch system which can have predefined places or addresses for the destinations.
We do not encourage disturbing our Drivers whilst they are transporting such precious cargo. However, Drivers are able to be contacted in emergency situations by both onboard communications and messaging by our Call Centre team.

Yes, just quote your account number when calling our team to book your taxi or if you have hailed a cab, ask your driver to contact us and update your trip details to have the fare assigned to your account.

The tracking information will keep you updated along your child’s journey, but you will also receive an email with the trip details at the completion of the journey.

Drivers will announce at the assigned pickup location.

Absolutely, however please keep in mind from time to time that drivers may be caught up on another trip, stuck in traffic or on a day off. This may result in your child’s trip being allocated to another driver, but we will try our best to have the trip allocated to the requested Driver.

Most collections will have other students on board with other drops along your child’s journey, but should no other students be travelling in the same direction, we will arrange a single journey trip at no additional cost ensuring your child is provided with the most practical travel journey home.

We do ask that if your child has a difficult or unpleasant experience with another student during their journey that you can contact our team so that we can work with the school on a possible solution moving forward.

Our school transport programs are coordinated with your child’s school and we are guided by the individual school when it comes to who your child can seek assistance from. Like all school collections, there are teachers on duty and we ensure that the school is briefed on our collection process so any teacher should be able to assist.
