Booked a Black & White Cab to pick up my 90 year old mother this morning and take her to the airport. Not only was the cab driver on time, but he was so kind and helpful to her.

The best example of customer service I have seen anywhere in a very long time. Wallet left in cab at 1.30 am, in Sydney. Traced by customer service team within an hour of my reporting it, called back and kept informed and returned to my home same evening. Top marks to Osama in lost property and driver Babar - will definitely seek out B & W's for future rides.

Booked a cab ahead for a pick-up at Cleveland, Straddie Flyer. It was waiting for us when we got off the water taxi. It was a business class cab, very clean, the driver was professional and friendly. Took us to our destination right on time. Great service.
